XiO Cloud can manage non-Crestron devices - but only at a basic level
To be fair to Crestron: XiO Cloud does support non-Crestron devices if you upgrade to a higher plan. But there's a critical difference in what it can see. For non-Crestron hardware, XiO is limited to online/offline status. It cannot retrieve lamp hours, error logs, signal telemetry, or hardware diagnostics. That data requires AVM-360.
